Interesting side notes - notes from historical episodes in the school
        The School Council of the Primary School and High School in Grabowiec in 1967 decided to punish smoking students by:
  1. Telling about it during an assembly and notifying parents.
  2. Summonig parents and marking down the student’s conduct.
  3. A fine of 50 zloty for pupils of the Primary School and 100 zloty for students of the High School.
  4. Maintenance works.
  5. Transfering to a different school - High School.

        In students' mark sheets from the forties of 20th century we can come across various notes about the students. For example:
  • "the child is lazy in any work, especially intellectual work",
  • "because of his parents he was busy with trade and could not devoted enough time to his education",
  • "lazy, he goes to school because he does not want to do anything at home",
  • "the school is a place for him where he can pick fight",
  • "Despite the efforts of the school and parents he does not want to learn - he is lazy and stubborn",
  • "the schoolboy is lazy in writing exercises",
  • "the schoolgirl is more talented in fun not in work",
  • "Because of his poverty he stopped going to school (he has no clothes and shoes and he lives far away from the school)".

        A graduate of The Private Seminar in Rzeszów was a person who worked in our school for the longest time: from 1 May 1917 to 20 October 1970 with a break when inhabitants of Grabowiec were expelled by Germans.

        In 1916/17 pupils were marked for their conduct, effords, progress and writing.
